Role Description
The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the financial health, payment cycle, payment tracking and financial integrity of Devansh Insurance Broking LLP. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting operations from policy lifecycle view to preparing and reviewing payments due from various entitities,preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS, financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role involves monitoring cashflows, predictive analysis,



predictive budgets, analyzing financial performance, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. The Financial Controller will collaborate with leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making, improve financial processes, and support risk management and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage core accounting functions and overall financial operations.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to support accurate and compliant records.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights for business decisions.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifi
