Marketplace Growth Specialist E-commerce & Quick Commerce – Gurugram – 4+ Years

We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in managing and growing business across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Amazon and Blinkit, with exposure to marketplace operations, product listings, campaign management, and digital advertising. Candidates from Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C brands with strong analytical and business growth capabilities will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other online platforms.
2. Driving revenue growth while achieving monthly sales and GMV targets.
3. Creating, updating,



and optimizing product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
4. Planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and discount strategies.
5. Managing marketplace advertising campaigns and optimizing performance to improve ROAS.
6. Coordinating with Supply Chain teams to ensure optimum inventory availability and minimize stock-outs.
7. Tracking marketplace performance through sales reports, conversion metrics, and business analytics.
8. Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
9. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce marketplace management.
2. Hands-on experience with Amazon and Blinkit is mandatory.
3. Exposure to Zepto, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, or similar
