Main Responsibilities

Monthly Management Accounts
- Manage and support the delivery of the monthly month-end close process, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal procedures
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate monthly management accounts, including supporting schedules, journals, accruals, prepayments,



and financial analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and clear aged items regularly
- Prepare and review monthly variance analysis for revenue , gross profit and other SGA costs as part of the monthly accounts
- Maintain a strong understanding of revenue streams and produce analysis reports proactively
- Manage and review intercompany accounting postings
- Maintain a strong understanding of deferred income, PO write-downs, and matching processes to support business queries
- Use SmartView and Oracle to produce reports and investigate variances
- Record the UK trial balances in Oracle (US system)
- Lead meetings with the internal audit team and review balance sheet

reconciliation processes
- Prepare, support and review the monthly and quarterly compliance documents to the US for internal audit purposes
- Support the annual statutory audit process, taking owne
