Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, conference registrations, and B2B/B2C performance marketing. The role focuses on driving qualified registrations, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.

●

Generate registrations for medical conferences, webinars, and CME/CE programs.

●

Improve Cost per Lead (CPL),



Cost per Registration (CPR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

●

Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

●

Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

●

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

●

Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets.

●

Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and web teams.

●

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

●

Recommend new growth opportunities and advertising channels.

Required Skills

●
3–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

●

Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

●

Experience with lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.

●

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
