About the Role
We're looking for a
Content Marketing Specialist
to lead the creation and execution of Voyla's content marketing efforts.
The role will initially focus on building a strong and consistent content presence across social platforms. As Voyla grows, there will be opportunities to expand into broader marketing, creator partnerships, community building and growth initiatives based on your strengths and the company's priorities.
This is a one-month paid contract to begin with. If there's a solid mutual fit, we intend to continue working together on a longer-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain Voyla's content calendar.
- Create engaging short-form content across Instagram and YouTube.
- Write compelling captions, hooks and content copy.
- Design carousel posts and simple visual assets.
- Publish and manage content across social platforms.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay on top of travel, creator and social media trends.
- Coordinate with external creators and organise content assets as required.
We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience marketing a consumer-facing digital product (mobile app, consumer technology or similar).
- Has a strong understanding of short-form content and social media platforms.
- Has excellent storytelling, copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Can take a strategic idea and turn it into high-quality content with minimal direction.
