Role & responsibilities

Arth Mitra Advisors LLP is looking for an experienced Project Finance Head to lead our Project Finance division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Banking, Project Finance, Credit Appraisal, and Loan Syndication. Preference will be given to Ex-Bankers, Retired Bank Managers, or professionals from NBFCs/Financial Institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the Project Finance team.
- Review and approve CMA Data, Financial Projections, and Project Reports.
- Guide associates in preparing bank loan proposals and credit appraisal documents.
- Liaise with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and Investors for funding requirements.
- Evaluate project feasibility, financial statements, cash flow, and repayment capacity.
- Structure Working Capital, Term Loan, and Project Finance proposals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Bank Officials, Credit Managers, and Financial Institutions.
- Ensure timely processing and submission of loan applications.
- Review loan documentation and compliance requirements.




- Train and mentor junior finance professionals.
- Support business development by interacting with clients and identifying funding opportunities.
- Monitor project execution and ensure high-quality financial advisory services.

Preferred candidate profile
- Male candidate.
- Age between 40 - 50 years.
- Graduate/MBA Finance/CA (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Ex-Banker, Retired Bank Manager, Credit Manager, Relationship Manager, or Senior Finance Professional from NBFC/Financial Institution.
- Minimum 5 TO 10+ years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Banking, Credit Appraisal, Loan Processing, or Financial Advisory.
