Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Collections Representative role located in Noida. The Collections Representative is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.



Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions and payment commitments, and following up on pending payments. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies, providing clear and respectful communication to customers, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The Collections Representative is expected to meet individual and team collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to negotiate and handle sensitive financial discussions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to credit management and debt recovery.
