Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support doctor engagement, healthcare marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and business development activities. This role provides excellent exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, relationship management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, skincare clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Visit clinics and healthcare facilities to promote products and deliver scientific/product presentations.
- Support doctor engagement programs and strengthen professional relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and provide operational support for CMEs, workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
- Collect and document feedback from doctors regarding product performance and patient outcomes.




- Coordinate with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, market visits, and campaign activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing), M.Pharm, or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
