Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective learners toward the right educational programs based on their career aspirations and qualified goals. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the enrollment journey while contributing to the company's growth through successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:




- Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, career objectives, and learning requirements.
- Provide personalized counseling and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to improve conversion strategies and student experience.

Candidate Profile:
- Fresh graduates looking to start a rewarding career in counseling, admissions, EdTech, or inside sales.
- Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, B2C sales, counseling, or related domains.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
