Job Responsibilities:
- In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems of Payroll software
- Handle client issues related to payroll transactions
- Provide Technical and service level Support (Salary Calculation, Compliance, salary sheet, Data Processing, etc)
- Training the users at Client end
- Valuable knowledge on PF,ESIC and other statutory compliances
- Supporting clients on calls & emails
