We are seeking an experienced
Manager - Paid Media
to lead and scale performance marketing initiatives across global markets. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader with expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, attribution, and full-funnel growth. You will be responsible for developing high-impact acquisition strategies, optimizing marketing investments, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple digital advertising platforms.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and external partners, you will own the end-to-end paid media function—from strategic planning and budget allocation to performance analysis and team leadership. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with modern advertising platforms, and the ability to balance long-term growth initiatives with day-to-day campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business growth and customer acquisition objectives
- Manage media budgets across products, regions, audiences, and digital channels while maximizing ROI, ROAS, CAC efficiency, and customer lifetime value
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display & Video advertising, Performance Max, App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing channels
- Design audience segmentation, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and customer acquisition strategies to improve campaign performance
- Establish robust measurement frameworks using attribution models, incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and performance analytics
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements across bidding s
