Role Description
The Asst. Manager Accounts & Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman and Diu, India. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. The individual will support financial reporting, assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements,



and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal and external auditors, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring cost controls, and providing analytical insights to management on financial performance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data, timely closures, and robust internal controls.

Qualifications
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation basics, and regulatory compliance applicable in India.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within a corporate or hospitality/gaming environment is an advantage.
