About the role

You will own how NapChief keeps its customers coming back. You plan and run our retention programs across email, SMS, WhatsApp and push — the lifecycle flows, the segmentation, the loyalty and win-back campaigns,and the measurement behind them. You turn purchase and behavior data into the right message, to the right parent, at the right moment. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who is equally comfortable in a CRM tool, a spreadsheet, and a subject line.

What you will own-:





Lifecycle & campaign execution:

• Plan and execute retention campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp and push channels.

• Build and manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment / size-up, win-back,abandoned checkout, and more).

Segmentation & personalization:

• Segment the customer base and personalize communication based on behavior and purchase history.

• Identify at-risk customers using retention signals, and execute proactive win-back strategies before they churn.

Loyalty, referral & offers:

• Manage retention programs — loyalty programs, referral campaigns and exclusive member offers.

Testing & optimization

• Run A/B tests to continuously improve messaging, timing and offers.

Analytics & reporting

• Monitor key retention KPIs — repeat rate, churn, LTV, and open / click rates — and report on them regularly.
