Role Overview
The 3D Visualizer & 2D Draftsman is responsible for transforming design concepts into both technically accurate working drawings and high-quality photorealistic visualizations. The role bridges the gap between design intent and site execution, ensuring that every project is represented accurately in both 2D and 3D formats.
Key Responsibilities
2D Drafting
· Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
· Develop complete execution drawings, including:
o Furniture Layouts
o Electrical Layouts
o False Ceiling Layouts
o Flooring Layouts
o Plumbing Layouts
o Wall Elevations
o Sectional Details
o Kitchen & Wardrobe Working Drawings
o Joinery & Furniture Details
o Site Execution Drawings
· Ensure all drawings comply with Ark Spaces drafting standards.
· Revise drawings based on client approvals, design changes, and site requirements.
· Coordinate with Interior Designers, Site Engineers, and Project Coordinators to resolve technical issues.
· Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation by providing accurate measurements.
3D Visualization
· Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders from approved CAD drawings.
· Prepare interior and exterior visualizations for client presentations.
· Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, décor, and accessories.
· Produce walkthrough animations and presentation visuals when required.
· Modify renders based on design reviews and client feedback.
· Maintain Ark Spaces' visual quality standards and branding across all presentations.
Project Coordination
· Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control.
