Role Description
The Business Head – Advertising and Integrated Media Services is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and scaling the Group’s advertising and integrated media services business. The role involves defining business strategy,



owning P&L;, and driving revenue growth across media, creative, digital, and integrated communication offerings. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Head will oversee client acquisition and retention, lead pitch development, manage key accounts, and ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns and solutions that support the Group’s brands and external clients. The role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and establishing partnerships with agencies, platforms, and media owners. The Business Head will also monitor market trends, optimize operating processes, implement performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
