About the Role

Worldweav Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, reliable, and well-organized Office Boy to support day-to-day office administration, banking activities, office upkeep, and other operational requirements. The ideal candidate should be dependable, punctual, comfortable handling outdoor work, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative and support activities.
- Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque-related work, document submission, and other official banking requirements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and repair service providers.
- Ensure regular follow-up for office maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, equipment, and other facility-related requirements.
- Assist in the movement and delivery of documents, parcels, materials, and other office items.




- Perform outdoor duties such as visiting vendors, courier offices, government offices, banks, and other locations as required.
- Support the HR, Admin, Accounts, and other departments with routine office-related tasks.
- Maintain proper records of documents, receipts, and other materials wherever required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of common office areas in coordination with the housekeeping team.
- Handle confidential documents and official information responsibly.
- Perform any other office administration or support-related duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in office administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Should have basic ability to read and write English.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
