Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding project requirements, and ensuring that deliverables align with expectations. The role includes coordinating with internal creative and production teams, preparing and sharing project updates, and resolving client queries in a timely manner.
The Client Servicing Executive will help prepare presentations and proposals, track project timelines, and support account growth through proactive relationship management. The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
