Role Description
As a Founding Sales Intern, you will support early-stage sales efforts and help build the go-to-market engine for Personaas AI. You will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and assist in presenting the platform’s value to decision-makers. Your day-to-day work will include conducting outreach via email, calls, and meetings, and preparing sales materials such as decks, case studies, and product overviews. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support demos and training sessions. The role offers exposure to enterprise AI sales, an opportunity to contribute to foundational processes, and the chance to grow into more advanced responsibilities as the company scales.

: 3-6 months Full-Time Internship (with PPO potential)

Internship Stipend
: ₹10,000 to 12,000/month to start with

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present complex concepts simply.
- Customer-facing skills in Customer Service, with the ability to listen actively, build rapport, and respond to customer needs professionally.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and comfort with outreach in a B2B environment.
- Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management, such as supporting demos, onboarding sessions, and basic sales process documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in sales or custome
