- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
- Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Social Authentication
- Consent Management
- Profile Management
- Experience with authentication protocols such as:
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SAML 2.0
- JWT
- Experience in configuring customer registration and login workflows.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, consent, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
