About the Role:

We're hiring hands on ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developers to build risk and compliance solutions on the Now Platform for a leading enterprise client. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll design and deliver policy, risk, and audit workflows end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and build ServiceNow GRC / IRM — Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• Design risk assessments, control tests, issues, and remediation workflows end-to-end.

• Map controls to regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX) and automate compliance evidence.

• Build automations with Flow Designer and integrations via IntegrationHub / REST / SOAP.

• Write robust server and client-side logic (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs).





• Own delivery end-to-end from build to UAT and production support, and collaborate with security and audit stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, with real GRC / IRM delivery (policy, risk, control, or audit).

• Strong hands-on scripting - JavaScript / GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs.

• Solid experience with Flow Designer and integrations (IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs).

• Compliance frameworks exposure (ISO 27001 / NIST / SOX) and control–remediation workflows.

• CIS - Risk & Compliance certification preferred; CSA a plus. SecOps / Vulnerability Response exposure a bonus.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent).
