Position Overview
The Investment Banking Trainee will be a part of the Debt Syndication team and will support the execution of debt financing transactions across various sectors. The role provides hands-on exposure to investment banking, credit analysis,
financial modeling, structured finance, lender management, and transaction execution.
This position is ideal for candidates seeking to build a robust foundation in corporate finance and investment banking through active participation in live transactions and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution & Deal Support
- Assist in the execution of debt syndication mandates including:
- Term Loans
- Working Capital Facilities
- Project Finance
- Structured Finance Transactions
- Refinancing Assignments
- Support the preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs), lender presentations, financial proposals, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of transaction deliverables.
- Monitor transaction timelines and support deal closure activities.
