Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer Billing & Planning (Mechanical) with experience in project billing, planning & scheduling, quantity reconciliation, and project progress monitoring for EPC/Industrial Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Client RA Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
- Verify executed quantities and billing documentation.
- Track bill certification and payment status.
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Monitor project progress and prepare DPR, WPR & MPR.
- Generate S-Curves, MIS reports and project dashboards.
- Maintain quantity reconciliation statements.
- Monitor variations, extra items and change orders.




- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Procurement and Project teams.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting records.
