Role Description
The Sales Training Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs that enhance the performance and effectiveness of the sales team. Day-to-day activities include conducting training sessions, workshops,



and coaching interventions, as well as assessing training needs in collaboration with sales leadership. The Sales Training Manager will develop training materials, track learning outcomes, and refine programs based on feedback and measurable results. The role also involves partnering with management to align training content with business goals, supporting onboarding of new sales team members, and ensuring consistent communication of sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices.
