Role: Business Development Head (BDH)

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Head to lead our sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility,



and expanding the resort's presence in both corporate and leisure markets.

This role requires strong expertise in hospitality sales, digital marketing, OTA management, and MICE business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and institutions.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets across corporate, leisure, MICE, weddings, and events.
- Develop annual sales plans, business forecasts, and growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
