Job Description: Join our team at Retrieve Health & Wellness, where hospitality meets elegance in the heart of Ernakulam. We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Executive to be the face of our boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception and Check-in/Check-out: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests. Maintain a courteous and productive approach to problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Manage room reservations using our hotel management system, ensuring accuracy in bookings and cancellations. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Communication Hub:



Serve as a central point of communication between guests and hotel departments. Relay messages, coordinate special requests, and assist with additional services as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence. Maintain records and files to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
