Role Description
The Junior Business Development Specialist (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade’s learning programs by identifying prospective learners and institutional partners, generating leads, and assisting in outreach campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating lead databases, engaging with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings,



and providing timely information about courses and services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to refine sales pitches, preparing basic reports on outreach activities, and offering courteous customer service to ensure a positive experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with the business development and marketing teams.
