Role Review

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive skilled to manage the end-to-end operations of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between fund management, compliance, and reporting, ensuring seamless trade execution and strict adherence to SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Execution and Portfolio Management
- Trade Lifecycle: Oversee the precise execution and allocation of trades for PMS clients.
- Portfolio Rebalancing: Manage and execute rebalancing trades to ensure portfolios remain aligned with target investment strategies.

2. Fund Accounting and Custody Coordination
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate with Custody and Fund Accounting teams to prepare and verify all necessary documentation for seamless daily operations.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous quality control on fund accounting data to ensure accuracy in external reporting and internal records.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- Statutory Filings: Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in reporting monthly,



quarterly and annual filings to SEBI, APMI, and other regulatory platforms.
- PMS Offsite Submissions: Manage the end-to-end process for SEBI offsite submissions, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory deadlines.
- Client Reporting: Deliver timely and transparent client reports in full compliance with current PMS regulations.

4. Audit and Quality Assurance
- Audit Readiness: Lead the preparation of documentation for annual internal audits, performance data audits, and client-level account audits.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest PMS industry trends and SEBI circulars to implement new compliance requirements efficiently.

5. Management Support
- Executive Reporting: Provide senior management with regular, high-level insights into AUM growth and portfolio performance.
- Operational Excellence: Support senior leadership in the day-to-day strategic operations of the PMS vertical.
