*Business Development Executive*

*About the Role*

SkyRoots Ventures LLP is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate business growth across domestic and international markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding distribution networks, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.

* Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

* Expand business across General Trade (GT), Up-to-date Trade (MT), HoReCa, Institutional Sales, and Export markets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.

* Generate leads, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

* Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.





* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and industry forums.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, execution, and customer support.

* Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, market feedback reports, and growth plans.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
