- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and relationship-building with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry as Branch Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in managing teams to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and services offered by various providers in India.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
