Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic direction of Antyoday Multistate Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial and operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining robust relationships with members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.



The CEO will lead business planning initiatives, guide sales and growth strategies, and monitor key performance indicators to achieve organizational objectives. This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration, and ensuring that the co-operative’s services align with its mission and community needs.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management and analysis skills, including expertise in Finance and experience with cooperative or banking sector practices.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing processes, resources, and service delivery in a financial or service-oriented organization.
