Role Description
The Business Development Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. In this role, the intern will support the business development team by conducting market research, identifying prospective institutional partners, and assisting with lead generation activities. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and outreach materials, while coordinating follow-ups with potential clients and maintaining accurate records in CRM tool. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand product offerings, engaging in customer interactions to gather feedback,



and contributing to campaigns that increase awareness of CampX in the higher education sector. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development within a fast-growing edtech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective clients

✅ Introduce our products/services and explain their value

✅ Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements

✅ Schedule meetings/demo sessions for the sales team

✅ Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email

✅ Maintain CRM records and achieve daily/weekly outreach targets

Requirements
:

✔️ Excellent spoken English and communication skills

✔️ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

✔️ Strong listening and negotiation skills

✔️ Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day

✔️ Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools is an added advantage

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree (Graduation) is mandatory

✔ Excellent spoken
