About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in managing core finance operations and leading end-to-end accounting functions, while ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Treasury functions.

 Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

 Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

 Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, fund management, and treasury operations.

 Drive financial reporting with accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.





 Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.

 Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

 Develop and implement financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements.

 Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial governance and operational efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

 Strong experience in supervising AP, AR, General Ledger, and Treasury functions.

 Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

 Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
