Role Overview
AdBriewer is a digital solutions agency specializing in e-commerce strategy, web design, development, and video marketing campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to spearhead our market expansion in the Uttar Pradesh (UP) region.
Operating remotely from Lucknow, you will be the face of AdBriewer for prospective B2B clients. You will combine your passion for digital marketing and technology with sharp sales acumen to identify recent business opportunities, secure high-value clients, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Conduct market research to build a robust pipeline of qualified B2B prospects requiring web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing services.
End-to-End Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with key decision-makers through strategic cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and email campaigns.
Onsite & Online Meetings:
Schedule and lead comprehensive business meetings—both virtual demos and onsite field visits across the designated UP territory.
Consultative Pitching:
Understand a client's business pain points and pitch tailored AdBriewer digital solutions effectively.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales pipelines and closed-won revenue milestones.
Reporting & Updates:
Maintain clean records of client interactions, deal statuses, and sales forecasts.
Required Skills & Competencies
Domain Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and web development lifecycles.
Sales & Prospecting:
Skilled in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and tracking sales pipelines.
Communication & Presentation:
Exceptional verbal and written co
