About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our premier CLAT UG coaching team. This role goes beyond academic advising; you will be the primary pillar of support for aspirants navigating the high-pressure journey of the law entrance. You will bridge the gap between students, faculty, and parents, ensuring a holistic and stress-free preparation setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Mentorship & Guidance

· Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to help students set realistic weekly and monthly academic goals.

· Identify students' strengths and weaknesses through performance analytics and guide them on subject-specific strategies (Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, GK/Current Affairs).

· Provide personalized feedback post-mock tests, helping students create error logs and improvement roadmaps.

2. Student Well-being & Crisis Management

· Serve as the first point of contact for students experiencing exam anxiety, burnout, or motivational slumps.





· Conduct regular wellness check-ins and implement stress-management techniques specific to the CLAT timeline.

· Actively listen to student grievances and mediate conflicts between students, faculty, or parents.

3. Programme Coordination & Administration

· Assist the Academic Head in scheduling classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision workshops for the batch.

· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless daily logistics (attendance, study material distribution, classroom management).

· Monitor batch progress and flag at-risk students to the faculty for immediate intervention.

4. Stakeholder Communication

· Maintain proactive communication with parents via calls, emails, and WhatsApp broadcasts regarding student progress, attendance, and upcoming milestones.

· Organize and facilitate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and orientation sessions for new joiners.
