Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, off-site role based in Work From Home . The associate will identify and qualify potential leads, nurture relationships with prospective clients, and support the expansion of the company’s customer base and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to clients and partners,



and collaborating with internal teams to develop attractive travel packages and offers. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, following up on inquiries, and contributing to sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer preferences, competition, and emerging travel trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal coordination.
