Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily service orders for dog training, boarding, sitting, host/sitter onboarding and pet taxi.
- Ensure assigned orders are completed or rescheduled as per customer preference with minimum delay.
- Coordinate with trainers, hosts, sitters, groomers, drivers and other service providers for daily execution.
- Onboard, verify and activate new service providers on the PawSpace platform as per internal process.
- Handle customer updates, feedback collection, follow-ups, reschedules and basic issue resolution.
- Escalate urgent service issues to the manager and support closure within expected timelines.
- Identify upsell opportunities across relevant services and coordinate with sales/operations for conversion.
- Maintain daily reports on order status, cancellations, pending tasks, provider updates and customer feedback.

Experience- 2+ years in operations, field executive onboarding, service delivery,



provider coordination or customer operations.

Comfortable coordinating with field/service providers over calls, WhatsApp and dashboards.

Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pet experience is optional. Love for pets and willingness to understand pet care services is significant.

Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes, customer preferences and service-provider coordination

challenges.

Upsell incentive-Potential incentive up to ₹15,000 per month based on upsell performance and achievement.
