- Develop and implement production processes for API manufacturing, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure purity and potency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or product variability, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in API manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
