Role Description
The Marketplace Growth Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad, responsible for driving sales and visibility across online marketplaces and e-commerce channels. In this role, the professional will manage product listings, pricing, and promotions, monitor marketplace performance, and optimize content to improve conversion and ranking. Day-to-day activities include analyzing sales and traffic data, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring inventory and catalog accuracy.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with external partners, and managing projects that support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand presence on key platforms.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools or reports to drive data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with experience in marketplace or e-commerce sales growth, conversion optimization, and basic negotiation.
