Role Description
The Maintenance Lead – Solar is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of solar power assets. This role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with site teams and vendors to ensure high asset availability. The Maintenance Lead will troubleshoot technical issues, implement safety and quality standards,



and maintain accurate documentation and reports on plant performance and maintenance activities. The role also includes training and guiding technicians, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with project, engineering, and asset management teams to optimize solar plant efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in solar PV systems, including inverters, modules, transformers, switchgear, and SCADA or monitoring systems.
- Experience in maintenance planning and execution, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis for utility-scale or commercial solar projects.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, relevant regulations, and best practices for working with high-voltage equipment and renewable energy assets.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software, performance monitoring tools, and MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
