About the Role

Our Client is the exclusive sales & marketing partner for luxury resorts and hotels across India. We are looking for a dynamic
Area Sales Head
to drive premium
destination wedding and social event business
across Mumbai/Maharashtra or Delhi/NCR.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong network in the luxury hospitality and wedding industry who can generate high-value business, build strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive luxury destination wedding, hotel buyout, and premium social event sales for partner hotels.
- Build and manage relationships with leading wedding planners, event agencies, DMCs, and luxury travel curators.
- Develop a strong pipeline of HNI and UHNI clients through networking and referrals.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, proposal creation,



and contract closures.
- Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts while achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience:
5–10 years in luxury hospitality, destination weddings, or premium event sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/regional sales role.
- Robust network with leading wedding planners, event organizers, luxury hotels, and HNI clientele.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.
- Graduate required; MBA or Hospitality/Marketing qualification preferred.
- Willing to travel 40–50% within the assigned region.
