Individuals also use ImpactGuru to fund animal welfare initiatives, education expenses, and many other personal and social causes. Role Description:
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri, Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, coordinating visual assets, monitoring channels, drive follower growth, impressions, video views.



and responding to community interactions in a timely and empathetic manner. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and fundraising teams to support platform initiatives and key campaigns. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve ImpactGuru’s online presence.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess explicit and effective Communication and Writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and campaign messages.
