Role Description
The HR Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haridwar. The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening,



interviewing, and onboarding. This role will manage employee records, support performance management processes, and coordinate training and development initiatives. The HR Executive will oversee HR policies and compliance, assist with payroll inputs and attendance management, and address employee relations matters to help maintain a positive and productive work environment. The role will also involve coordination with different departments and management to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Solid HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Knowledge of payroll support, attendance systems, and basic labor law and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or ERP tools
