Key Responsibilities

Expense Processing & ERP Management
- Process employee expense claims, travel reimbursements, and sales-related expenses in the ERP system with high accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Verify supporting documents, including invoices, bills, hotel receipts, travel tickets, taxi claims, and GST-compliant documents.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and avoid duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete expense postings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Plant, HO Functions,



and Regional Teams for timely expense submissions and corrections.

Validation, Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Validate expense claims against Ascent Meditechs Travel & Expense Reimbursement Policy, approval matrix, and company guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies, policy deviations, duplicate claims, unusual transactions, missing approvals, or incomplete documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and finance processes.
- Verify GST applicability and supporting documentation wherever required.

Query Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Raise queries with employees, reporting managers, HR, Admin, or departmental coordinators for non-compliant or incomplete submissions.
- Follow up for pending approvals, supporting documents, and clarifications to ensure timely closure of claims.
