Supervise daily production operations and ensure GMP compliance for secure, timely manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production schedules; supervise shop floor operations.
- Ensure cGMP/SOP compliance and maintain BMR/BPR documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering (maintenance) and QA/QC (in-process checks)
- Train operators on SOPs and safety; manage deviations/CAPA
- Monitor yield, minimize wastage, support audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm (Fresher); prior internship/training exposure preferre
- dBasic knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and manufacturing equipmen
- tERP/MES exposure a plus; willingness to work shift
