We are looking for an experienced Telecom Project & Business Development Manager who can independently manage existing telecom projects, maintain robust customer relationships, recruit and onboard field resources, and expand manpower deployment opportunities within existing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate should understand telecom field operations and possess excellent communication, customer handling, negotiation, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Single point of contact for assigned customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings.
- Understand upcoming manpower requirements.
- Resolve customer escalations.
- Maintain SLA and service quality.
Business Growth
- Identify additional deployment opportunities.
- Increase manpower within existing customer accounts.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate commercials wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with management on expansion plans.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit Field Engineers and Technicians.
- Conduct interviews.
- Verify technical skills.
- Complete onboarding documentation.
- Ensure manpower availability as per customer demand.
Operations
- Manage field engineer attendance.
- Coordinate deployment across circles.
- Monitor daily project execution.
- Ensure timely reporting.
- Track productivity and utilization.
