Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage & optimize the brand across channels (marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms)
- Drive end-to-end growth - listing optimization, enhanced brand content, review generation, and marketplace advertising
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising budgets, tracking ROAS and ACOS by channel
- Assist in day-to-day operations of our D2C website — catalog, inventory, pricing, discounts, and order processing
- Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics — courier partners, shipment tracking, NDR follow-ups, and returns across all channels.
- Handle order-related customer support — shipping queries, returns, and refunds




- Track channel-level P&L; — commissions, returns, ad spend, and profitability per marketplace
- Coordinate inventory planning and order operations across channels, including marketplace-fulfilled stock
- Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and category trends across marketplaces
- Support offline retail partners with dispatch, invoicing, and monthly restocking
- Build simple weekly reporting on channel performance — what is growing, what is leaking, and why
- Contribute across ecommerce operations as the brand grows — this role is not limited to a fixed checklist

Requirements
- Atkeast 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace seller accounts for a D2C brand — brand-side experience preferred over agency-side
- Demonstrated results running marketplace advertising with real budgets — you should be able to speak to the ACOS/ROAS and growth of accounts you have personally managed
