We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Tours & Travel team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, promote travel packages, and assist clients with tour bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotional offers.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, customer support, or travel sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Customer service and relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and solid follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Tours & Travel industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
