We’re Hiring: GTM & Growth Intern

We’re looking for an experienced and execution-focused GTM & Growth Intern who understands how to build and run outbound marketing systems.

This is not a basic social media internship. We need someone who can work with lead generation, outreach, automation and sales tools to help us build a predictable client acquisition engine.

What you’ll work on:

• Building targeted lead lists using Clay, LinkedIn and other data sources

• Setting up and managing email campaigns on Instantly

• Finding decision-makers and verified contact information

• Creating personalized outbound sequences

• Managing domains, inboxes, warm-up and campaign deliverability

• Tracking campaign performance and improving reply rates

• Testing different offers, audiences and outreach strategies

• Supporting overall GTM, sales and marketing operations

Tools you should know:

Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email verification tools, CRM platforms and other sales automation tools.

Who we’re looking for:





• Someone with practical experience in outbound lead generation

• Strong understanding of cold email and email deliverability

• Comfortable working with data, automation and marketing tools

• Able to take ownership and execute without constant supervision

• Curious, resourceful and eager to experiment

• Valuable written English and communication skills

This will initially be an internship, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time GTM/Growth role based on performance.

? Work mode: Remote

? Stipend: 15k+ incentive ( open for full time role )
