Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Intern to support the monitoring and evaluation of Muzigal academies across digital platforms. The intern will conduct regular audits to ensure academies follow Muzigal’s brand guidelines in their social media presence and Google Business Profile management.
The role also includes reviewing academy communication with customers to ensure interactions are qualified, timely, and aligned with Muzigal’s standards, while documenting findings and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
Digital Presence Audit
- Conduct regular audits of academy social media pages and Google Business Profiles
- Ensure compliance with Muzigal’s brand guidelines, visual standards, and content quality
- Verify the consistency and accuracy of academy information across digital platforms
Communication Review
- Review communication between academies and customers across digital channels
- Ensure responses are professional, timely, and aligned with company standards
- Identify gaps in communication and suggest improvements
Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure academies follow Muzigal’s digital branding and communication guidelines
- Track adherence to internal policies and digital engagement standards
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of audit observations and findings
- Prepare audit reports highlighting issues, insights, and improvement areas
- Coordinate with internal teams to address non-compliance or gaps
Quality Improvement
- Support initiatives to improve digital quality, customer interaction, and brand
