About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to own and lead a branch as a Profit Centre. This is a P&L; ownership role where you will drive revenue across Gold Loans, Investments, and Insurance, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure branch growth and profitability.

You will report to the Area Manager and work closely with the Zonal Office on strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Growth

Own the branch P&L.; Drive targets for Gold Loan disbursals, Investment products, and Insurance sales

Achieve monthly/quarterly/Yearly business targets for AUM growth, NII, and cross-sell

Identify current market opportunities and build local partnerships to expand customer base

2. Sales & Team Leadership

Recruit, train,



coach and manage a team of 3-5 Branch Executives

Set individual targets, conduct daily huddles, and monitor performance dashboards

Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and customer obsession

3. Profitability & Operations

Ensure branch operates as a profitable unit by managing costs, TAT, and productivity

Monitor portfolio quality, PAR, and NPA. Drive recovery and zero-error audits

Implement process improvements to reduce cost per acquisition and improve efficiency

4. Product & Customer Management

Sell and promote Gold Loans, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, and Allied Products

Build relationships with HNI, retail, and SME customers for repeat business

Ensure 100% KYC/AML compliance and superior customer service

5. Reporting & Strategy

Prepare daily/weekly MIS on business, collections, and team performance for Regional/Corporate Office

Execute campaigns, local marketing initiat
